Job Description:

Jellyfish delivers digital marketing solutions across the world for a host of impressive brands from their offices in the US, Europe, and South America.

The agency's award-winning combination of technology and talent help it to deliver paid media, UX, SEO, social media, analytics, optimization, creative and development solutions.

We are growing our CRM team in Brazil and are looking for a talented individual with a focus on building automations and solutions design of CRM Campaigns on existing clients, and support new business and strategic partner activities.

Responsibilities

Analyse campaign results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.
Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.
Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.
Serve as point of contact for data integration for multiple platforms and systems ensuring integrated program management and optimal use of thirdparty programs and partnerships.

Qualifications:

Experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions

(prefered platforms:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze. IBM Marketing Cloud, Acoustic, Marketo, Exponea, Emarsys, Hubspot are a plus)

Ability to analyse data issues and produce working solutions.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
Experience in data management and transforming including best practices and writing SQL queries.
Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
