  • Develop marketing communications materials, such as: banners, flyers and on line advertisements;
  • Support internal and external customer events;
  • Elaborate einvites for events and web forms for registration; and track the results
  • Follow up in the events registers;
  • Administration and fulfillment of offers campaigns (electronics campaigns or Events) (from LitStation and mailing);
  • Interaction with Suppliers.
  • Create response report files after each marketing event
  • Improve the quality of our customer data base (verify and add missing data like job titles for persona targeting)
  • Coordinating equipment logistics for demo booth
  • Create internal communication
  • Support the localization process: videos, literatures, trainings, etc.

Job Qualifications:


  • Currently undergoing bachelor's degree in Marketing or Publicity. (attending the 3th year of the course is better)
  • Proficient in English language
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs ( Power Point, Word, Excel )
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and InDesign
