You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization.

You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.


How you will contribute


You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes.

In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International's competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

Requirements

:


  • Strong analytical skillset with experience in Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot table). Experience in using Coupa or Sourcing tools.

Example:
Optimization or similar sourcing platforms for parametric bidding;

  • Experience in a procurement, manipulating procurement data such as cost models and supplier spend is preferred

example:
'Experience working with advanced analytics platforms;

  • Experience working with visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau/PowerBI will be considered as asset, but is not required;
  • Intermediate / Advanced in English and Spanish.

Activities

:


  • Support Procurement teams in LA and Business unit providing spend analytics reports and info sourcing requirements to generate market trends and insights
  • Source of information consolidated LA;
  • Boost and develop standard data driven analysis to connect in PBI/Tableau to all users, providing also adhoc reports;
  • Be responsible for source of information consolidated in LA measures BU and LA KPI's (operational /financial) cash agenda opportunities and Procurement scorecards;
  • Support Digital Sourcing agenda journey
  • Sourcing auction
  • FPC CSO, cost models;
  • Develop Power BIs Dashboards with Procurement KPIs and other data;
  • Coordinate, update and keep data clean in available Systems;
  • Provide Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, highquality data analysis, reports and other deliverables.
