We are searching for the best talent for Trade Operations Manager
to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Purpose:


  • Deliver business goals in assuring security of supply, compliance and transparence to the processes and optimum value for money
  • Build external and internal stakeholder trust, preference and advocacy
  • Serve as a trust advisor for Leaders and other areas
  • Leverage customer centric approach

You will be responsible for:


  • Responsabile for special regimes at Brazil, (Recof, Drawbak, per instance);
  • Leverage connection with exports customers / LEGO, Drops.
  • Shape Latam/worldwide J&J ops & Benchmark process best practices
  • Implement compliant processes and procedures for Special Regimes activities based on trade compliance standards.
  • Manage all applicable international trade agreement programs
  • Confer with external counsel to resolve any compliance violations or issues which occur
  • File customs disclosures when necessary
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all Customsrelated audits and compliance initiatives
  • Supervise all employees involved in the imports and exports processes; in order to ensure they are compliant with government imposed regulations
  • Manage 4PL/customs broker on day to day activities to achieve business goals (SLA management) and also focusing on building capabilities for the long term
  • Partner with Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse and Commercial Team to create a robust and eficiente End to End Process & Visibility;
  • Develop and implement various internal control measure for preparing reports;
  • Coordinate with management team and ensure optimal results for all operations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with various government departments and agencies of assign region
  • Develop financial accounts and prepare reports to be submitted to management. In charge of monthly cost review (gap explanation) as well as FBP, MUP, JUP and NUP alignment with finance/business service.
  • Develop and implement training programs for leaders.
  • Develops and implements international transportation service policies, operational audit, guidelines, technology and SOP
  • Standard operating procedure.
  • Manages transportation methods, rates, and routes.
  • Responsible to shape international trade process in order to bring CIPs as per JJ guidelines

Qualifications:


Qualification:


  • 810 years experience in Supply Chain / International Trade
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply chain Management or Engineering
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization. Multi sector experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality/compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics highly desired.
  • Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problemsolving skills.
  • Strategic / big picture oriented thinking and good communication skills required with ability to work with local site teams and senior leadership.
  • Process Excellence skills & experience is preferred
  • Professional certifications such as: APICS, CPIM, CSCP, and/or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Advanced in English
  • Advanced in Spanish
  • Fluency in Portuguese
