THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a
CX Social Media Assistant (Latam - Spanish Speaker to our
Customer Experience - Social Media team in
São Paulo, Brazil


Our new team member has the mission to help us provide best-in-class social media customer service for all Gympass users in all countries where Gympass has operations.

The new role will guarantee an extremely satisfying customer experience on our different channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, App Store, Google Play Store, Google My Business, etc) and support the Social Media CX team to create customer-centric strategies.

Our main goal is to engage Gympass users on a mission to make wellbeing universal.


YOUR IMPACT:


  • Manage the incoming social media comments within our Social Media channels to identify customers' needs and engage with our users in a meaningful way;
  • Proactively engage in mentions and conversations about Gympass and wellbeing in users and brands social media profiles (social listening);
  • Detect brand opportunities and possible crisis on social media (social listening);
  • Collect and report user's feedback on product and services and bring learnings and insights to improve our company and features;
  • Assist in building a cohesive social media strategy to ensure brand relevance and growth;
  • Ensure our social media tone of voice, knowledge base and success metrics are always relevant and up to date;
  • Stay uptodate with social media and digital trends to keep Gympass ahead of its competitors.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Spanish speaker;
  • Native/Fluent in Portuguese and Intermediate level of English;
  • Experience in social media customer service or heavy user of social networks is a plus.
  • Passionate about new trends in social media and digital marketing;
  • Strategic and analytics skills;
  • Clever, witty and wellinformed of what's going on in the world;
  • Cares about writing clearly and with correct grammar;
  • Great team worker and eager to learn;
  • Dedicated and committed to deadlines;
  • Positive attitude, proactive and dynamic.
