About the role:


  • Develop and maintain a set of cohesive and flexible project delivery frameworks, matched to the various project approaches (predictive, hybrid, agile) and complexities (Regular, Advanced, Premium service packs).
  • Build a strong relationship with the PM Team leads, to understand when to engage on specific projects and provide guidance and support. Ensure PM Team Leads become contributing stakeholders for driving maturity within the International PM Practice via enhanced communication and engagement (
    coconstruction)
  • Build a strong partnership with Presales, to ensure a full understanding of our customers' needs and participate in bids to support the project manager, where required (e.g. for highly complex or innovative projects)
  • Drive project management maturity by building on current best delivery practices and developing quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the methodology expert
  • Work in full collaboration with other International and GDO teams (Consulting, Contract Execution, Integration, MSDM, Service Management)
  • Create a value matrix based on external maturity assessments, identifying low hanging fruits and chronical issues whilst identifying mitigation strategies and creating a roadmap to implement them in an effective manner
  • Host an executive level Steerco to get buyin for the identified improvement areas on the program and address complex roadblocks via Steerco level by proposing possible solutions
  • Provide regular updates towards executives for the progress made on different initiatives with measurable defined objectives.

About you:


  • At least 5+ Years working in Orange within a project management role and experience of multiregional Projects.
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering large, complex and innovative customer projects
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management delivery processes and methodologies
  • Strong influencer skills to drive people and teams in a matrix environment
  • Innovative thinker, with the ability to realise concepts and ideas
  • Strong organisational, communication, presentation and reporting skills
  • Proficient written and oral communicator in English. Knowledge of French is an additional asset
  • Customer orientated with strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Having a passion for staying current in understanding new trends in professional services information technologies and Project Management disciplines
  • Ability to operate with autonomy
  • Ability to be flexible while working in a changing environment
  • Change management and transformation experience required.

The Project Management Specialist will be a key player in the International Project Management Practice, bringing their practical hands-on experience of managing
complex and innovative customer projects to drive Project Management maturity and contribute to project success for our customers.


This is a fully hands-on role, where the PM Specialist will provide expert guidance to our project managers, to ensure projects are set up for success with the right delivery framework (predictive, hybrid, agile), based on previous experience, lessons learned and real-life use-cases.

  • Collaborate and drive improvements towards the existing International PM Practice to reach consistent standards, procedures and practice along the International PM Community at different levels
  • Ensure regular and effective communication towards the International PM community, to form a trust relationship for the PM's and reach out to Global Practice owners for support/guidance and help in delivering business values on the project
  • Ensure Strategic Value Propositions and customer centric approach is delivered, through regular workshops and communication with an aligned thought process/PM mindset
  • Aligning with External/Market Experts to identify the best practices that can help to improve the International PM Practice within the organization
