Job Purpose and Impact

Program Voyager is a flagship global program of Food Ingredients and Bio-Industrial (FIBI) business of Cargill.

The program is aimed to enable a customer-driven, unified organization that delivers an industry leading E2E ordering experience that is simple, seamless and innovative.

The role of a Business Process Specialist LATAM shall be to support sprints and workshops on gap assessment, transformation lever prioritization, L6 process development for the businesses in the region.

The specialist shall collaborate with businesses to contribute to and align process design and support enablement for optimal results within the region.

The specialist would act as a conduit to larger Voyager process team on process design (and exceptions), transformation levers and enablement support.

Key Accountabilities

Design
Support sprints and workshops on gap assessment, transformation lever prioritization, L6 process development for the businesses in the region

Shall work closely with regional SC managers, CSR teams and internal teams to provide expertise and insight to execute and lead process transformation.

Act as a conduit to larger Voyager process team on process design (and exceptions), transformation levers and enablement support
Define the KPI for the process across its different levels and prioritize them in terms of impact to customers and business
Identify best practices in the Order Management space and recommends applicable ones to the project
Analyze the effectiveness of current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness
Ensure documentation is accurate based on each process to maintain process continuity


  • Enablement Support
Drive business alignment, regional exceptions, adherence and governance to global process requirements and best practices.
Drive the integrity of deployed processes and capabilities, ensuring that they deliver to program objectives and business case
Partner with regional stakeholders to drive implementation of optimal solutions to meet the Voyager goals within the region
Collaborates with Data and technology stakeholders to incorporate process feedback into the process


  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Solid related work experience (Order Management)
Deep experience with expertise in driving process and business transformation in Order Management for medium/high rigor projects
Experience in designing process maps/architectures aimed at process transformation

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration / Operations Management
An experience in process or operations consulting with leading consulting firms


Continuous improvement methodology and skills, Ex: Six Sigma Certification
Ability to motivate change and influence clients to adopt improvement plans

Language Proficiency (Verbal and written)
Portuguese - Native / Fluent
Spanish - Fluent
English - Fluent
