- Responder solicitações por telefone, e-mail e chat diretamente dos clientes, atendendo ao tempo de resposta adequado para cada canal;
- Abertura de pedidos, trativas e resoluções;
- Resolver solicitações em linha com os clientes, sempre que possível;
- Entrar em contato com fornecedores externos, fazer a intermediação e contratação de serviços em nome dos clientes;
- Garantir que os clientes estejam cientes de todos os termos e condições dos nossos fornecedores antes de executar qualquer transação;
- Fornecer eventualmente suporte nas atividades da liderança, quando necessário;
- Prestar suporte a pedidos de clientes de outros escritórios da Ten Global;
- Participar de reuniões e treinamentos internos em horário de trabalho. As reuniões fazem parte da rotina de um Lifestyle Manager, como One-to-one (feedback), avaliação (trimestral) e outras reuniões relacionadas a projetos e programas da Ten;
- Acessar a ferramenta de treinamento e desenvolvimento Ten Learning, durante o horário de trabalho para aprender ou atualizar conhecimento;
- Explorar e compreender totalmente os pedidos de cada cliente e usar seu conhecimento de concierge para propor opções que correspondam de forma efetiva e adequada à solicitação inicial e ofereçam a melhor experiência ao cliente.
- Graduação em Turismo ou áreas correlatas
- Inglês no mínimo intermediário
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x1
- Conhecimento abrangente do pacote Microsoft office.
- Desejável experiência em agência de viagens, concierge, hotelaria e turismo
- Conhecimento em outros idiomas será um diferencial
- Compromisso em apoiar o cumprimento das metas ambientais, sociais e de governança da Ten e promover a adesão às políticas.

Como Lifestyle Manager, você usará o seu conhecimento e experiência para atender os nossos clientes através de diversos canais, assegurando-lhe o melhor serviço, seja qual for a sua solicitação: reservas de restaurantes, cotação e compra de ingressos, cotação e reserva de viagens, dentre outros, utilizando o nosso sistema interno de dados, ferramentas de pesquisa e parcerias com fornecedores. Trabalhando em conjunto com a equipe mais ampla de Lifestyle Managers, você desempenha um papel vital criando uma experiência de concierge exemplar para os nossos clientes, com o foco em sempre superar suas expectativas.
Sua atividade principal será fornecer o melhor atendimento ao cliente em linha, compreendendo as solicitações e explorando novas resoluções, seja por telefone, e-mail ou chat, sempre eficiente e com presteza.
