Job Description Summary:
This intern will support the Compliance & Controllership team in review of HR's processes, risk analysis, segregation of duties reviews, attendance to audits and support in the spin off processes
This intern will perform:
>Support in quality check analysis;
>Support and guidance to HR's teams on how to create or update SOPs;
>Responsible for updating the SOPs inventory;
>Focal point for complete template's access to Neeyamo's system and follow to approval;
>Support the HR's teams with audits, notifying the necessary areas, distribute demands and follow ups;
> Participate in GEMBA to support process flow creation
