As a key leader in this rapidly growing business, this person will build a top performing team and drive significant revenue growth for the Amazon Ads business in Brazil.

This leader will be responsible for leading and driving growth for the Ads organization.

He or she will simultaneously develop key large accounts, advocate internally for Brazil's advertising tech needs, and work in partnership internal internal stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the highperformance Amazon Ads Sales team in Brazil (Sales Account Executives) as well as the business rhythm and cadence (pipeline management, etc.)
  • Influence product/tech teams by advocating internally for Brazil specific tech needs that may differ from central/global roadmaps, through understanding and representation of customer and industry trends/needs
  • Centralize internal Brazil communications to Amazon leadership
  • Grow Sponsored Ads penetration by strengthening both relationships and mechanisms across key internal stakeholders and teams
  • Represent Amazon Ads Brazil in internal Amazon meetings/forums/events
  • Liaise with internal stakeholder teams (Finance, GTM, etc.) to design/implement business goals and incentive structures
  • Lead a high performance, input driven and multifunctional team
  • Attract, hire and retain top sales and digital media talent
  • Provide strong mentoring and coaching to direct reports
  • Elevate skill sets and develop bench strength in the organization
  • Determine short and longrange business plan and translate this into action plans
  • Create and implement programs and tools that increase performance
  • Drive strategic relationships with the top advertisers in Brazil
  • Drive strategic meetings with senior executives to help set program direction and priorities
