The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.

As a Creative Producer you will lead the production of bestinclass marketing campaigns for our campaigns in Brazil being in constant touch with our regional Marketing team in Asia;
Coordinate internal and external production and localization workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of all Shopee marketing assets;
Work together with the Marketing team on ideas to promote the Shopee brand on different media venues and platforms;
Support the implementation of regional campaigns in market, leveraging global materials and your knowledge of the Brazilian market to deploy local marketing campaigns;

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or a similar field;
Fluency in spoken and written English is required;
In depth experience, preferably at an ecommerce brand, advertising or media agency producing for marketing campaigns with a special emphasis on video production for tv and digital;
Expert knowledge of marketing campaign localization, production, and trafficking workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for Video, Digital, and Offline materials;
Knowledgeable of and familiarity with coordinating advertising agencies and production vendors in the Brazilian market.
