POSITION:


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Kickoff, plan, validate and execute recruiting processes, pipeline maintenance, events, materials, presentations, schedules related to the process and relationship with target audience
  • Ensure all interview results are completed and uploaded into the database
  • Ensure feedbacks are delivered
  • Create decision round reports, schedule and gather feedback
  • Confection, validation and delivery of offer letters
  • Support coordination of the selling process, tracking contacts and acting upon offeree needs
  • Handover of new hires to Payroll, IT and Staffing teams
  • Track and record competitive offer information
  • Run queries and standard local and regional reports
  • Support the analysis of calibration for interviewers
  • Support local and regional reports on hiring targets and diversity intake
  • Individual followup and feedback on referral
  • Assist Induction deck update
  • Track budget usage
  • Prepare materials for marketing events (nametags, giveaways and other marketing materials)
  • Manage and track RSVPs; attend events as needed (marketing events and interview days)
  • Represent BCG to students at recruiting events
  • Produce correspondence, slide presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Other special projects as necessary.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • Bachelor's degree in Adm or HR related areas;
  • Computer and database skills (Office experience strongly preferred);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Display a high degree of maturity and professionalism at all times;
  • Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment;
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure of deadlines;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both Portuguese and English;
  • Must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and willing to take initiative;
  • Perform effectively under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise, judgment, and tact;
  • Handle competing priorities while keeping constant sight of overall objectives;
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, convey a positive personal and professional image consistent with the firm's culture and values;
  • Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods, flexible hours that may require travel;
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, approaching every interaction with empathy and understanding.
