Responsibilities:


What will you work on:


  • Set's the overarching NRM strategy for Brazil in line with RM Framework
  • Defines NRM strategy to reach AOP Targets in terms of % Pricing/Mix, NOPBT and SOM
  • Defines long term NRM investments (resource, systems, data) to bolster organizational capability as part of the PSP process
  • In partnership with Category teams and BU's sets the overarching pricing strategy for each of the categories
  • Leads the Net Price Strategy development across all brands and SKU's to mitigate cross border price exposure created by increasing Trade Consolidation
  • Built Trade Promo Optimization Agenda
  • Collaborate and drive next phase of productivity for D&A in partnership with RM Capabilities team

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Deep Net Revenue Management strategy and operating experience
  • Broad multichannel sales experience preferably within Traditional trade, Organize Trade and Cash and Carry
  • Strategic thinking skills ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise
- practical plans for execution.

  • Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts & figures in a compelling way and adapt content to a variety of audiences
- specifically including strong Powerpoint competence.

  • Commercial Acumen
  • Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and
- interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease, including strong analytical and Excel skills.

  • Self starter able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
  • Influencing skills demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at senior level
  • Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Change management leading large scale change throughout levels of an organization
  • Can articulate complex issues in an easy to understand way
  • Proven leadership and people development skills of a substantial team of diverse individuals
