Responsibilities:


  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Manage the entire development phase including the resources assigned to the project until transition/closure.
  • Define a detailed project plan manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
  • Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.
  • Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact of these risks.
  • Regularly communicate to the stakeholders including the clients about the project progress
  • Manage changes efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of changes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered ontime, within budget and meet the client expectations
  • Represent the client to the internal teams while providing the leadership, guidance and the support to them.
  • Managing multiple projects at a time

Expected Qualifications and Skills:


  • A degree in IT/CS or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years(Senior PM) of project management experience
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Strong business sense
  • PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage
  • Worked with foreign clients, worked on HR domain would be advantage
