CHC are delighted to share this great opportunity to be part of our European operational team as a Contract Manager.

The CHC Contract Manager will be responsible for the overall satisfaction and health of CHC operations and communication to the customer.

This position guarantees the needs of the customer are met through management of contracts, key individuals, and processes while developing and closely fostering communications at all required levels.

Contract administration and refining processing to improve performance for CHC is a must while developing measures and driving improvements within customer support.

This individual will drive change and improvement for all CHC related needs to ensure customer satisfaction is balanced through enforcing processes as required.


Responsabilidades:

The key responsibilities of the Contracts Manager are:

  • Focal point to manage and aid administration of all needs for CHC and the customer while liaising with internal resources
  • Responsible for the overall health of relations with customer while delicately balancing the needs of CHC
  • Manage local Customer Service Representatives and their activity to ensure proper order replenishment, backorder management, and associated actions needed to meet the customer's requirements for safe and accurate operations
  • Administer and facilitate new and existing contracts for the overall health of the customer and CHC
  • Liaise and manage multiple internal and external departments to correct satisfaction at all levels, build and refine processes while improving service rates as required
  • Liaise with various departments in order to prioritize customer needs balanced by company requirements through tactical execution
  • Own improvements to contract profitability by developing and implementing solutions with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Own customer mid and long range forecasting of customer demand for flights and aircraft availability to facilitate CHC operational decisions
  • Responsible to work afterhours as needed to support customers
  • Ensure service commitments are met or exceeded
  • Scorecard and standardized process development is key to this function and ownership of said scorecard is required
  • International travel may be required

Qualificações, Habilidades & Atributos:

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field required and a Master's degree is preferred but not essential
  • Experience 10+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in successfully managing in a global environment
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with proven negotiation experience
  • Self motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality
  • Relationship Management experience
  • Expert in MS office suite
  • Excellent collaborative problem solving skills
  • Ability to strategically lead and manage in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
  • Must be proactive in resolving issues both internal and external
  • Must be a change agent, process oriented, and focused on creating lean procedures in support of growing business and resolving conflict with customers
  • Strategic customer support management experience is preferred
