  • Job Purpose
Performs the administration of more complex projects, with autonomy. Monitors and schedules the flow of materials, components, assemblies, and inventory. Performs detailed inventory analyses and addresses problems in an effort to keep system data accuracy high, excess inventory minimized, and manufacturing plans on schedule

  • Job Description
  • Enters and releases milestone sales and service orders at the direction of the Project Manager for complex/ large projects
  • Determines the sources of the components (to make or to buy) per current operation sourcing strategy and enters into the system
  • Maintains and updates the manufacturing execution plan for assigned projects. Reports manufacturing status to the Project Team
  • Coordinates with Engineering Class 1 & 2 ECNs as they affect inventory and schedules. May handle multiples project plans simultaneously
  • Monitors the flow of inventory throughout projects
  • Generally assists manufacturing areas in prioritization efforts
  • Analyzes supply and demand of inventory and longlead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory
  • Analyzes and corrects excess supply orders in the ERP system
  • Recommends improvements to the current working methods, process and procedures
  • Act as technical referee in a specific field, may act as a team leader in specific projects/ process
  • You are meant for this job if:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
