We are searching the best talent for Finance FP&A Manager to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Purpose:


The MedTech FP&A Manager will provide strategic financial support, analytics and insights to the Northern Cluster Commercial organization, as well as be responsible for all Planning & Updates and Managerial Reporting activities.

This position will report to MedTech Regional Finance Director and powerfully connect with the cluster's Finance Director (in Colombia).

In this role, it is essential to stablish strong relationships with the Business Unit Finance team and key Business Partners to cultivate a deep understanding of their needs and develop aligned solutions focused on value creation

The Manager must demonstrate strong framing and storytelling skills, strategic alignment and scenario impacts, problem-solving and influencing ability.


The Manager will also play a pivotal role in the standardization and automation initiatives, leading the effort to implement best practices locally and globally, delivering powerful analytics and driving value to the business To be successful with these efforts, deep knowledge of the FP&A processes is needed, to demonstrate agility & innovation, intellectual curiosity, challenging the status quo and vital Connect, Shape, and Deliver.

This position will be responsible for developing a team of one Sr. Analyst and one Intern, coaching, providing meaningful feedback and building finance and leadership skills and competencies.

The Manager's ability to take ownership of the performance and development of others, listen actively, manage for change and promote collaborative leadership will be vital to the success of the role.


Qualifications:


You will be responsible for:


Reporting and Analytics
Perform P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cashflow variances analysis and commentaries.

Build Management Decks for Planning and Actuals

Execute Monthly Close Reporting (P&L, BVAs, GP, Board Decks, etc.)

Drive standardization and automation of reporting, analytics and the associated processes


Planning and Forecasting
Calendar governance (JU, NU, FBP and LTs)

Owner of Planning process for P&L, Balance Sheet and

Free Cashflow:
forecasting, consolidation and analysis


Connect with BUF and the Commercial organization to map Risks and Opportunities to incorporate in the construction of the Latest Thinking.

Reporting in TM1 and BRAVO
