  • As Business Development Manager you will join our dynamic and fastpaced Bioenergy Marketing Team in the Agriculture & Industrial Biosolutions division.
  • You will be one of the key elements to enable short and longterm growth in our Bioenergy industry with the responsibility of commercial development of new business.

In this role you'll make an impact by:


  • Developing and managing new business as drivers to industry growth in Latin America
  • Turning business, industry development and customer needs into opportunities and proactively identifying and driving new leads and opportunities in untapped markets
  • Manage commercial projects from idea generation to final stage of implementation, while ensuring our product offerings meet customer, market and competitive demands
  • Establishing and driving accounts in coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, technical service, sales and operations)
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with industry leads and keeping a high level of industry ownership and focus

To succeed you must hold:


  • MSc. Degree (Business/Marketing and/or Technical)
  • Relevant B2B commercial experience, preferably value based selling. Experience in the Ethanol, Grain Processing or Agricultural industries would be a plus.
  • Superior communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to develop strong external and internal relationships
  • Passion for customer interaction;
  • Be a highly collaborative person with ability to engage people and be able to network within the Novozymes community;
  • Have a B2B commercial focus and growthoriented mindset, with a passion for business and value selling
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% for both internal and external meetings
