Our Valuation Services prepares objective valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Cash flow support
  • AP payment tag
  • AP payment upload and reconciliation
  • Lawson billing support
  • Inquire and follow up the on client expense report receipts.
  • Covers vacation time of other team members.
  • Journal entry recording
  • IC Settlement support (involves several tasks related to Intercompany control)
  • Support Regional conciliation file management
  • Bank and payroll payments uploads
  • Updates Employee information file for payroll
  • Cash flow support
  • AP payment tag
  • AP payment upload and reconciliation
  • MD Finance Focal point

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Advanced English
  • Graduation in Finance, Business administration, Economy or Accounting
  • Advanced Office (Excel, word)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams
