- Spearhead the technical migration of Forest Product clients.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues encountered during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Conduct detailed technical demonstrations and training sessions, equipping clients with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the new platform.
- Directly engage with clients to understand their technical needs and concerns, providing tailored support through every step of the migration process.
- Work closely with the adoption team to facilitate a seamless integration for new and existing clients, with a focus on technical support and problem resolution.
- Individuals with a strong technical acumen and a systematic approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
- Candidates with a robust background in technical support or IT, who can guide clients through the technical aspects of migration with ease.
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting, customer success, and service within a tech-oriented environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working model, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to collaborate both in-office and remotely.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to a non-technical audience.
