Sobre o Papel

O estagiário auxiliará nas atividades dos canais de Trade Marketing e terá como papel principal o desenvolvimento de materiais de pontos de venda e execução dos JBPs do canal Digital Commerce.

Buscamos um talento que tenha disposição em aprender, possua excelentes habilidades de comunicação e uma forte aptidão para organização, análise e controle de prazos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Principais
Responsabilidades:

Acompanhamento de Orçamento:

Auxiliar no acompanhamento e gestão dos orçamentos da área (A&P e rebates), garantindo que o processo seja realizado de forma eficaz e integrado com as áreas envolvidas.

Material de Ponto de Venda:

Apoiar o desenvolvimento e distribuição de materiais de ponto de venda (On e Off Trade), colaborando com a equipe de trade marketing e vendas, além de relacionamento com a agência para garantir consistência e eficácia na mensagem.

Interface com Agência de Retail Media e Shopper Marketing: Atuar como elo entre a equipe de customer marketing e agências externas, garantindo comunicação clara, acompanhamento da execução e cumprimento de prazos e entregáveis.

Relatórios e Análises:

Gerar relatórios regulares sobre métricas de desempenho dos canais, conduzir análises para identificar tendências e oportunidades, e fornecer insights acionáveis à equipe de customer marketing.

Suporte no processo de JBP com os principais clientes do canal ecommerce, atuando no tracking de execução de loja online perfeita, acompanhamento da execução dos planos e contato com os clientes.

Suporte Administrativo:

Fornecer suporte administrativo geral à equipe de customer marketing, incluindo agendamento de reuniões, gerenciamento de calendários e organização de materiais.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experiências Críticas para o Sucesso
Proficiência no pacote Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel para acompanhamento de orçamento e análise de dados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, com a capacidade de transmitir ideias e informações de forma eficaz.
Atenção aos detalhes, com a capacidade de gerenciar várias tarefas e prazos simultaneamente.
Proficiência avançada em inglês; habilidades em espanhol são um diferencial.
