IT Systems Specialist - SAP

Design

Participate in architectural design, system specifications, cost and timeline estimate for the different implementation of IS-IT
Participate in the recommendation of solutions and/or changes to improve performance, stability, functionality or system management processes

Implementation

Contribute to the implementation of new products and ensure knowledge integration and maintenance capabilities
Participate in defining of test strategy and perform product testing to ensure the product quality is maintained
Collaborate with the different project teams to implement solutions utilizing industry best practices to ensure usability, scalability and maintainability
Enforce security best practices of both the technical configuration and the compliance of the SAP environment

Run & Maintain

Day to day SAP Basis administration including performance tuning in a Linux environment with Sybase/HANA Databases
Provide support to technical queries and assist users as the third level of support in incident management
Participate in the maintenance and patching of the environment to ensure the security, compliance and stability of the solutions
Actively monitor the health of the systems and investigate/resolve potential issues that could put the business operation at risk
Provide support outside of business hours for the different activities that requires it. Participate in the team's oncall rotation to provide 24/7 emergency support to the business
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
5+ years of experience in SAP systems administration (including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, Solution Manager,).
Working experience with HANA/Sybase is a must.
Ability to work in teams cross functionally and cross geographically.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer focus and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems
Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and SAP GRC would be strong assets
