Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help/Support for overall model development and process improvement.
- Optimize and debugging, strong RCA skills.
- Develop tools/scripts to improve overall productivity and process automation.
- Practice coding guidelines, processes, and standards.
- Review contents/artifacts for peer teammates.
- Conduct/attend daily standup/status call with customers.
- Improve/support to enhance the quality of project artifacts.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Model base development.
- Experience working in software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas (E.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, etc.).
- Exposure in Modelbased Development.
- Handson experience on MATLAB/SIMULINK tool usage.
- RTW, Target link, Scripting.
- Knowledge of thermal and fluid science desired.
- Good to have knowledge in powertrain domain, control systems, performance control.
- Should have strong knowledge on Model Based design/Auto code generation.
- Experience in CAN, SPI, UART or I2C protocol and CAN related tools good to have.
- Knowledge on requirement specification.
- Experience in Model in loop testing.
- Experience in Software in loop testing.
- Experience in Hardware in loop testing will be an advantage.
- Analytical ability and strong debugging skills.
- Experience knowledge in Automotive domain (preferred).
- Experience in NI Veristand tool will be an advantage.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in software Development using Matlab Simulink / Stateflow.
- Experience in SIL, MIL & Unit testing.
- Experience in debugging of code.
- Experience in auto code generation.
- Experience in requirement writing.
- Added advantage for Mscripting.
- Experience/Knowledge of thermal and fluid science.

- Selfdriven and adaptive personality, performing as both project leader and individual contributor as the situation dictates.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong RCA skills.
- Program design skills and Coding best practices.
Qualification:
- B. E.
or equivalent in one of the following:
Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science with 5+ Years of experience in the automotive domain.
