Job Purpose:

Keep improving the Compensation and Benefits Procedures according to the reference market and corporate policies of the Company. Coordinate compensation programs/projetcs in order to meet the global and regional objectives. Represent Rewards in meetings with other areas


Key Accountabilities:


  • Develop compensation programs aligned with Regional Team as a way to support business LATAM objectives, as well as develop new policies and procedures to the area in a regional context;
  • Coordinate the Short Term Incentive Programs and Sales Incentive Programs, aligned with the company's financial planning and budget, developing calculations and procedures and suggesting improvements in these processes;
  • Conduct projects with high impacts in the businesses in a regional context;
  • Proactively propose new processes and projects to improve Rewards and other areas
  • Responsible for conducting Process Revisions for the South America region;
  • Responsible to implement global projects / procedures in the region
  • Coordinate feasibility studies, salary changes analyses and their impacts in an holistic context;
  • Conduct workshops as a way to capacitate the managers and employees regarding Compensation and Benefits
  • Responsible for new and Policies and to keep the existing ones updated according to AkzoNobel Global policies and best market practices
  • Coordinate Benefits Harmonization Projects;
  • Advise and support HRBP's and BU's Directors and Managers regarding Rewards Processes, aligned with Rewards Policies;
  • Promote continuous improvement in Rewards Processes and make them happen for C&B Processes;
  • Lead the the regional team in daily processes

Experience:

Previous experience with in a Senior role, experience with multiple countries is a strong plus;
Advanced English, Spanish is a plus;
