Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value
  • Leverage customer data and insights to create personalized and effective communication journeys
  • Collaborate with IT and UX teams to optimize the customer experience and conversion rates
  • Drive crossfunctional experiments to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize performance marketing spend toward customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Work with creative teams to produce compelling messaging and creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines
  • Ensure a unified brand experience across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Plan and execute endtoend brand campaigns to increase brand recall and awareness
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives
  • Mentor and inspire a team of marketing, communications, and growth professionals
  • Ensure high performance and operational excellence across diverse cultures and languages
  • Partner with finance and strategy teams on budget planning and forecasting

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Required:


  • Proven experience in CRM strategy and branding
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and best practices for customer engagement
  • A deep understanding of brand development and the ability to execute branding campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to make datadriven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Leadership experience, including managing highperformance teams
  • Multicultural and multilingual experience is a plus
  • Availability to work inperson at the Curitiba office is required
