What will you work on:

This position can be a free location one until the end of August 2023 or so. After that, it wil be located at Mexico.


  • User accesses & System Mng
  • User controls certifications & Controls
  • Execute the bonus & commission calculation in ICM tool and validation
  • Sales transmission monitoring Interface EDW - ICM
  • Follow up HR for timely data input for bonus calculations
  • Establish communication between HRs and CCI
  • Work with Sales for timely quota and sales data input
  • Ensure that the bonus calculations gets to ESBO team (CCI) in a timely manner.
  • Support agenda for employees' data cleaning in myHR
  • Secure Employee payment payment
  • Track of errors and corrections, retroactive and salary adjustments
  • Execute changes under calculation tool as necessary (commission and bonuses tables, routes, among others)
  • Guide and advise HRs and Sales team on the correct use of the ICM tool
  • Follow up with local TR teams to anticipate changes in compensation models
APP operation (results upload, HRBPs doubts, beqom interfaces, ee ́s doubts, IT mobile operation):

  • Validate that ee ́s remember the log in credentials (user, password, security questions), as well as what to do if they do not remember your questions, etc.

Material and Communication for:
Downloading the App from connected mobile devices


  • Material training update
  • Training for the ee ́s of the pilot test on the functionalities and menu of the App
  • APP Entry Exercise (Log In)
  • Validate that the information available is correct depending on the achievements/scopes obtained during the period
  • Make a record of the errors raised/resulting opportunities and send to TR to generate solution action

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Desirable functional knowledge in payroll or Variable Compensation processes
  • 2+ years of analysis processes experience preferred
  • 50% fluent in English and 100% Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word
