What You'll Do for Us:


Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.


Required
English and Spanish proficiency;
Portuguese fluency or native;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
Technical Accreditation or experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Azure, Dynamics, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, MS SQL, VMware, Storage, O365, Microsoft Windows, Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Cellphones, Tablets, Handheld, Printers and others);
Ability to translate technology to meet business requirements;
Technical relationship building with customers and business partners;
Must have a Proven track record managing multiple projects in a cross-functional team environment.

Hands-on experience and/or certification in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services;
Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies;

Excellent customer service skills:
strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required;
