YOUR ROLE:

Performs and supports completion of Root Cause Analysis and corrective on action plan on all product related performance complaints;
Provides technical resource and assessment to market while supporting "must win" projects and programs;
Completes customer technical request testing and reports within the database or equivalent, including "customer ready" reports;
Runs laboratory equipment, leads and supports ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods;
Supports internal and external technical requests and projects;
Responsible for internal back office and database documentation of the performed lab activities;
Performs customer lab demonstrations and customer training.

YOUR SKILLS:

Expertise in metal packaging is required;
English/Spanish communication;
Availability to travel in Latin America countries;
Knowledge in Minitab is a plus;
Laboratory skills;
Analytical thinking.
