Responsibilities

As a business analyst, you will be responsible to translate and document the needs of the business and operations teams.

Requirements (Must have)**Outstanding English Speaking skills

Availability to work from 8:30am to 5:50pm Eastern Time

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferred in IT and/or financial industry)

Familiarity with VB, Python, HTML, and VBA (able to use to support simples tasks)

Experience in working on SQL Queries

Ability to write and interpret user stories

Have strong analytical skills and experience with monitoring indicators and data manipulation.

Knowledge of project management method(s) (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall).

Nice to have
Knowledge of IT framework concepts (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, PMBOK, Six Sigma, etc.).

Knowledge of the basic concepts of Quality Management tools (ISO, PDCA, 5W2H, SWOT, Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA, APR, and the like).
