DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

Responsible for finding pain points or finding opportunities for improvement in the operation of our sellers and bringing ideas to improve the productivity or UX of sellers on our platform. Lead projects related to the seller and its operation.
Develop structure Business Cases with data to be able to write a Feature Request;
Support the Product Team by mapping sellers' problems and bringing suggestions for innovations;
Produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data (by using Excel, SQL, and other Business Intelligence tools);
Assist the management team in preparing presentations from projects for various forums, including presentations for the Senior Management;
Transform field data/seller interviews into projects that add value to the business;
Assist to solve problems in a structural way from pain points from the seller;
Find patterns from bugs in the system and propose solutions to solve them;
Collaborate with business units on joint initiatives that impact the Operation teams;
Maintain a close relationship with crossfunctional teams to drive the execution of product launches, product iteration, and ongoing usage of key features.
