Integrity Engineer

Service Description

  • The Service is fulltime and is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. However, few offshore missions will be necessary during the year.
  • Integrity Engineer Services will be technically managed by IMR Manager and FOPS Onshore Support Manager


The designee shall be the custodian of the Company' follow up of SECE maintenance and tests to ensure a good quality reporting.


  • Support the maintenance and inspection specialists between Company' and its Contractors.
  • Act as key player in the implementation of explosion scenarios Risk Reduction Project (VEMIS feasibility studies)
  • Organize/represent Company' the scope of SECE testing results and reporting.
  • Custodian of OIAVS
  • Designee will be in close collaboration with sites, Process Safety Specialist, IMR Manager and FOPS Onshore Support Manager
  • The designee shall perform its activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company's assets and reputation.
  • Organize/Participate in internal and ANP audits (SGSO, SGSS and SGIP).
  • Engineer providing Services to IMR team acting in the office but also in the field (FPSO/Drilling Unit and Support Vessels (if applicable).Transverse organization with FOPS to elaborate, consolidate and track SECE test plan, ANP audits and ensure DGS mitigations are in place.
  • Ensure progression of Integrity followup:
  • Guarantee the proper preparation, execution and delivery of the VEMIS feasibility project.
  • Custodian of SECE testing plan and DGS mitigation plan
  • QC of all consolidated and transmitted SECE testing results

Qualifications/Experience required

  • Graduation Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering.
  • Trainee experience in HSE and EP Operations
  • Experience in Equipment /Systems Integrity Management
  • Flexibility for offshore missions,
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client relations
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with a high degree of selfmotivation
  • Attention to detail, and commitment to quality
