This job opening has a strategic importance for AES business growth world widely. Analyze and refine functional and nonfunctional requirements associated EAM processes, integration with mobile (SAP Asset Manager and/or Prometheus Mobile) and multiresource scheduling, such as SAP MRS and/or Prometheus Scheduler. Capability of develop technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications and system standards, quality & performance requirements and technical constraints. Manage lifecycle of all SAP EAM ecosystem, ITSM (incidents and requests, ensure they are resolved satisfactorily according defined SLAs).

Key Responsabilities:
Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs; Be able to design and configure all PLM processes and ecosystem mentioned; Write strong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements; Provide best SAP practices on Business applicability and leadership its clients to the Digital achievement; Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience in SAP PM, Mobility (MRS and/or Prometheus Mobile); Good communication skills (oral and written); Experience working with an offshore development team; Experience in SAP PLM, Prometheus Advanced Scheduling tools and SAP Asset Manager Mobile Solution; Interfaces and integration with other plattforms esle, such as APM (GE); Plus knoledges and competences to be consideered Outcomes; Energy market experience (Generation and/or Distribution); Integration of ERP and Customer Care System (CIS). Work management process and asset management
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science (or related);

Advanced English (mandatory to support International Projects); Relevant experience with similiar rolls / activities; Resident in Brazil (São Paulo ou Bauru) or Argentina (Buenos Aires)

Location:
Argentina or Brazil (reporting to Argentina and USA).
