We are looking for a highly talented individual, who would like to take the opportunity to join the New Business Models (NBM) and Ventures team, as a Growth Operations Manager, under Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) in LATAM.


We have the challenge to shift the way we currently sell to our customers by co-creating with them, sharing risks and creating great and innovative experiences.

Our way of work is centralized in deeply collaborating with the customers, the business and bringing up Ideas that could potentially turn to a new business model, via test & learn approach.

We work through Agile methodology, and you will have the chance to shape the way Ag business will be traded in the future.


Purpose:

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:


  • Partner with Venture Leads to develop key assumptions and business hypothesis for program testing, translate them into experiments, and incorporate learnings to iterate offers, pricing, and risk strategies. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Champion New Business Models program viability learnings and align efforts with Bayer strategy for offers and innovative pricing strategies;
  • Capture learnings that ensure an efficient, rapid, test & learn process to accelerate commercial new business model opportunities;
  • Investigate key reasons for customer losses and propose action plans to prevent further attrition;
  • Understand the necessary program integration with Bayer processes to ensure a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Own implementation of the process for coordinating the improvements efforts needed for effective stage gate advancements and lead that effort involving alignment with a cross functional group of stakeholders;
  • Partner with Customer Success, Program Manager, IT, Venture Lead, UX and Agile Coach to drive process improvements towards Operational Excellence ensuring we build the correct capabilities;
  • Manage multiple workstreams across teams that maintain alignment & accountability through defined KPIs, clear timelines & deliverables, and effective communications resulting in data driven answers to key business questions & learnings;
  • Identify programs metrics and analysis needed to answer key questions & learnings prior to pilot execution to secure IT or analytical resources needed in order to drive stage gate decisions;
  • Ensure critical progress and success metrics are reported, and shared with relevant stakeholders on consistent schedule;
  • Identify, organize and structure NBM systems of record guarantee documentation of process workflows and learnings, enabling tracking of experiments and outcomes required for stage gate advancements;
  • Partner with Venture Leads to map experimentation execution potential risks and develop mitigation plan;
  • Lead OBM Governance being the LATAM Local Governance Body enabling coordination of portfolio, stage gate advancements and Strategic Planning with Global Team, partnering with Venture Leads, Finance BP and Agile Transformation Office.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Mandatory

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in business development, operations, customer experience, project management, or a related field;
  • Strong customer focus and digital mindset;
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration;
  • Proven strong strategical, analytical, and problemsolving skills;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Proactive and highly organized communication style; Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas and findings to diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining alignment and accountability through clear timelines and deliverables;
  • Datadriven mindset and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize processes;
  • Strong leadership, team management, and relationshipbuilding skills. Collaborative team player;
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with a strong ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment;
  • Ready to identify and remove barriers, even when there is no clear process, and enable teams to reach their objectives.

Desirable

  • Experience developing and implementing new business models, preferably in digital or technology;
  • Background in research/experimental design;
