Role Summary:


Carry out the interface between the field and the office, carrying out the micro-planning of road activities and structuring them in operational, strategic and financial plans.


Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:


  • In conjunction with other areas involved, define the sequence of plots, position of piles and infrastructure for transporting wood in the different weather stations (validation of microplanning);
  • Definition of main, secondary and firebreaks with a focus on reducing our percentage of road network and improving our transport logistics;
  • Conduct periodic performance monitoring meetings with the team to assess scheduled vs. actual operational activities and financial indicators;
  • Ensure the planning and alignment of road activities for the type of fleet in operation;
  • Adjust and validate weekly and monthly plans according to the progress of field operations;
  • Monitor and ensure that the entire operation takes place within safety standards and certification standards;
  • Interfacing with contracted companies reporting the planning of activities as well as the execution schedule;
  • Propose improvements in internal processes, bringing synergies, cost reduction and operational gains;
  • Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the area's requirements and standards correspond to the system adopted by the company.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
