DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

Develop core Sorting Center planning and collaborate with most Operational business areas (First Mile, Last Mile, Linehaul) to define overall network strategy, supply chain flow, and key initiatives for improvement. Constantly problemsolve, think through, and introduce innovative solutions to transform Operations: 1) improve productivity (lean / optimize all processes, headcount planning, incentives, automation), 2) optimize costs (people, consumables, equipment/capex), and 3) reduce lead time (optimize supply chain flow, process optimization, workforce management). Overall management of SOC operations
Project the impact of the initiatives and strategy on a longterm planning of Sorting Center results. Deep into complex problemsolving (quantitative and qualitative), process optimization, modeling, operational and strategic discussions, and decisionmaking. Drive impact through implementation, monitoring, and optimization of the optimization initiatives, aligning multiple areas operations.
Manage and develop team of PCP Analysts to accomplish the above goals. Handle multiple projects, analysis and deliverables and make sure they are done with highquality and on time.
Sorting center strategic operational planning: workforce management, process optimization, materials planning (consumables, capex), supply chain planning.
Process mapping and optimization. Have a strong understanding of logistics operations to develop meaningful initiatives that will transform operations (operational excellence)
Define and structure operational initiatives to solve key problems and foster insightful decisionmaking;
Short and longterm operational forecasting and tracking (productivity, lead time, losses, costs);
Handson spreadsheet modeling. Resourceful to develop novel ways of business modelling and structuring;
Resourceful at gathering information and work in crossfunction teams from multiple business areas. Lead crossfunctional initiatives, projects and business objectives. Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously;
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements and risks, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing innovative solutions;
Prepare presentations reports and Dashboard to Directors & Clevel;
Manage and develop team of strategy analysts to accomplish the above goals. Handle multiple projects, analysis and deliverables and make sure they are done with highquality and on time.
