Key responsibilities

Deliverables/outcomes/KPIs
Provide content & tech support for execution of the sales budget and 3 yr. plans

Sales revenues & GMs

Improve customer satisfaction and retention

Customer retention

Manages the technical teams for efficiency & plan execution (with STAR culture)

Technical spending budget

Train & develop the Sales organization on technical messages

New biz; share of wallet

Accountable for formulation & optimization of regional products

Publication of technical content from trial results to white papers and peer reviewed journals

Identify & anticipate technical trends; disruptions

Stakeholder management:
increase quality of connections with decision makers, influencers, academia & RAG Global Teams

Maintain connections with academia & key customers

Represent the region on RAGs tech & innovation initiatives
