The Software-Driven Experience (SWX) group is currently developing a state-of-the-art software
platform that will be deployed on all Stellantis vehicles going forward. The SWX organization is
and tools team to plan, implement and maintain the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management
(ELM) suite of tools to enhance efficiency and quality of software development. The IBM ELM
suite of tools includes DOORs Next Gen (DNG), Rational Team Concert (RTC), Rational Quality
Manager (RQM), Jazz Reporting Service (JRS), Rhapsody, and Rhapsody Model Manager
(RMM).
This position is remote in Canada, India, or Brazil. It will entail working in a very global
environment, interacting with people in North America, Europe, Asia, etc.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar degree is required from
an accredited university

  • Minimum five years experience with software engineering development practices and/or
tool development work experience

  • Minimum three years experience in the use and administration/configuration of IBM ELM
tools (RTC, DNG, RQM, JRS)

  • Experience with IBM ELM plugin development
