About the team:

As a member of the Customer Success People Enablement team, the HRBP Intern will support the

Customer Successs HR Business Partners, Globally & in LAC region, to drive strategic and

operational projects and programs.

The HRBP Intern will provide strategic HR consulting, support and services to the Global & LAC

Customer Success business unit and People & Organizational strategy.

What you'll do:

Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - HR Business Partner

Location:
São Paulo, RS, Brazil

In this role, you'll:

Support and drive strategic initatives, focus topics and manage adhoc requests for the CS LAC
L1 HRBP Lead and CS LAC HRBPs.
Support the CS People Strategy and the transfomration of Global People Success Services

- through strategic projects and initatives.

Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by coleading team meetings, global projects,

- and bring awarness of our services to those who we support.

Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP
Executive Board, Office of the Latin America Customer Success President, executive CS

- leadership, and our CS employees.

Deliver high impact data analysis to provide people and orgainzational business insights (D&I,
Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.
