Microsoft's Culture and Cloud Experience (CCX) team is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Adoption & Governance with a focus on Azure, Cloud Governance, Adoption & Change Management and Cloud Financial Management (FinOps).

Coaching customers' teams and having a balance of advanced technology and strategic business acumen.

This role helps drive and support service transformation in enterprise organizations through pre-defined Unified offerings, as well as longer-term support engagements as a Designated Engineering (EDE).

Responsibilities:


  • Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customers architects and technical specialists, technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders. Contributes to and understands how work aligns with customer success plan and meets customer needs by partnering with the appropriate internal teams and resources to deliver customer outcomes. Supports customer skilling by delivering as a trusted advisor to ensure customer readiness by facilitating adoption, governance and FinOps discussions and enabling operational health and cloud readiness. Assesses and transfers knowledge to close customer skill gaps.
  • Identifies and anticipates issues and advises customers to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices. Adapts methodology and applies governance to identify, communicate, and minimize business and technical risks. Adheres to quality assurance standards and calculates risks while ensuring excellence in the design and/or delivery of solutions. Leverages standard tools to ensure accurate opportunity and milestone execution and pipeline hygiene.
  • Deliver CCX Services engagements including workshops, assessments, support programs and other Unified services.
  • Deliver high quality engagements in both largescale project environments and smaller, single staffed engagement models.
  • Engage in IT and business executive discussions related Change Management or Modern Service Management principles and practices, Digital Transformation, and overall IT Operations.
  • Work as "One Microsoft" to establish strong relationships with accountaligned organizations, Microsoft Services, offerings teams, and other internal resources as appropriate.
  • Work to drive consumption of Microsoft cloudbased technologies in customer account environments.
  • Travel is required up to 75%.

Qualifications:


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Portuguese.
  • Experience engaging and presenting to C-Level executives.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers in any of the following: management cons
