Are you an experienced HR Leader?

We are looking for a HR Director for our business in Brazil. You will play a pivotal role within our leadership team in Brazil and across Europe & Latin America (EULAM).

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources for Europe & Latin America, you will lead and drive the people agenda across the region, partnering closely with business leaders to align organizational and people capabilities with strategic objectives.

With nearly 350 employees in Brazil, you will be instrumental in fostering a robust organizational climate that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.


Role can be located in either Rio de Janeiro or Jaguariuna, Sao Paulo, Brazil with approximately 30% travel primarily to other site locations.

The Role

  • Lead and develop the Brazil HR & Payroll team, ensuring efficient and agile HR & Payroll services
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, providing guidance on HR strategy, organizational design, and change management
  • Drive employeerelated programs and processes to enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of success
  • Optimize HR processes and initiatives including hiring, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Utilize data insights to identify business issues and drive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR practices
You

  • Proactive and selfdriven with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent people leadership and influence skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to drive change
  • Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform decisions
  • Handson and detailoriented approach
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across teams
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a commercial, matrix environment; familiarity with US organizations preferred
  • Experience with HR Shared Service principles and WorkDay
  • Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Fluent English required; additional HR qualifications preferred
