You will have end to end accountability for technology portfolio, delivery and operations.

This position is based in Sao Paulo and will have direct contact with different areas (commercial, finance, supply chain, among others) and will have the opportunity to learn and share best practices across the region and globally.

Business Analysis

  • Articulate and identify urgent and functional needs that deliver value to the company and translate them into technology terms for input into the Technology regional project portfolio.
  • Identify and qualify business transformation ideas. Provide input to the Products/Services organizations on what is needed and represent the countries functional interests in Technology initiatives.
  • Drive ongoing review with key business stakeholders across all functions of the products/services delivered (KPI metrics) which feed planning, prioritization of all outstanding requests and incidents.
  • Business Partnership & Tech Project Management
  • Leadership Team: Be an active member of the Brazil leadership team, ensuring strong IT representation and collaboration. Owning your role as an active and vocal member of both Regional IT and Market Leadership Team delivering proactive insights, ideas, solutions, and challenges that amplify the growth and performance of the Market.
  • Build relationships and communicate continuously with your regional and functional leadership teams: Know your business partners to represent their needs and to identify urgent needs; act as a Technology consultant when required.
  • Responsible for the IT projects delivery and results according to success criteria (scope, quality, time, budget). Manage the scope, planning, and execution of the Tech projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Build, align and deliver an IT joint business plan (JBP) ensuring close alignment with the main South American market's business strategy and goals.
  • Plan, Build and Run your solution(s) with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Vendors and Technology Operations.
  • Ensure business engagement on the projects and create trusting relationships.
  • Ensure excellent, precise communication within the project team and to the stakeholders on the scope/requirements, status, risks and issues.
  • Be the escalation point for IT service performance issues/outages.
  • Create collaborative relationships with the Global Tech Services and Operations organizations, with client managers leverage internal and external resources.
  • Effectively work with suppliers/external partners and third parties to have clear objectives, reasonable cost and continuous improvement and delivery.
  • Create excellent relationships with the Technology Services organizations leveraging internal and external resources.
Skills and Experience

  • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience in successful delivery of Technology solutions and programs with direct business engagement.
  • Understanding of the dynamism & complexities of Latin American FMCG markets.
  • Experience with IT solutions that support/streamline Brazilian fiscal processes for FMCG/retail companies.
  • Deep technical and business knowledge enabling you to effectively connect technical solutions across the market to increase value.
  • Expert knowledge and experience implementing Digital Technologies such as SFA, CRM, ERP, BI & Analytics. SAP experience & Business Intelligence technical knowledge is a big plus.
  • Exposure to global technical functions, different markets, dynamic and specificities.
  • Planning and Organising: sense of urgency, excellent agenda, and time management.
  • Experience working across a matrix organisation is a big plus.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese & English. Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Adaptable and resilient to changes.
