Our Procurement Department in São José dos Pinhais is now looking for a Full Procurement Analyst.

What will you be doing?:

Support the definition of the sourcing strategy, keeping the Purchasing team informed of operational performance, based on the analysis of data from suppliers and SAP, controlling the list of materials and supply items (short, medium and long term), to guarantee the sourcing strategy.
Support in the analysis and elaboration of the schedule of critical suppliers, create the line of analysis to define the critical path. Ensure delivery as agreed by sourcing, term, cost and quality.
To Monitor and control the progress of the materials under your responsibility, ensure system updates and quality of information passed to the project and other departments, (Engineering, Supplies, Manufacturing, Assembling,...).
Keep management systems (SAP) up to date. Manage inbox analysis routine (ECs, QNs, YA, YP, Y2,...), and other activities related to the purchase order life cycle management (docs, closedout, and others).
Analyze and report on the physical progress and performance of suppliers, carrying out any replanning and proposing changes and solutions, based on the analysis of scenarios, always in line with the stakeholders of the process (Supply Chain, Planning and Projects).
Participate in project risk management, (eg, WH meeting) contributing to the identification, analysis and treatment of threats and opportunities in the portfolio.
Monitor productive capacity at suppliers, identifying risks and mitigation actions.

We think you should have:

Bachelor's degree.
Experience from 2 to 3 years.
Intermediate English skills.
Monitor and control the execution of the entire scope of work of the suppliers for the project, contributing for the products to be delivered according to the expected term, cost and quality.
Act in compliance to AKSO axis values and HSSE standards.
