We are seeking a new generation of visionaries to help launch bold engineering and business initiatives, and shape new directions for General Motors.
The FP&A Manager leads a team of financial analysts, acting as financial focal point for the South America Sales & Marketing team.
The main responsabilities of the role will be:
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business partners of Sales and Marketing team, regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts
- Consolidate South America regional financial information, including performance metrics and line of business profitability
- Prepare and present monthly financial forecast reports, including profit and loss, forecast vs. actual, and cash flow
- Develop the team with focus on efficiency, data integrity and operational improvements
- Assist team in prioritization of workload, creating a picture to influence decisionmaking, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions
- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners
Additional Job Description:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related areas.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Spanish Intermediate Level
- Leadership experience
- Strong Corporate Finance Experience
