Job Description:

We are seeking a new generation of visionaries to help launch bold engineering and business initiatives, and shape new directions for General Motors.


The FP&A Manager leads a team of financial analysts, acting as financial focal point for the South America Sales & Marketing team.

Provide both operational and strategic support to business partners & functional leadership. Generate solid financial analysis to support executives to drive the business forward.

The main responsabilities of the role will be:

  • Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business partners of Sales and Marketing team, regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts
  • Consolidate South America regional financial information, including performance metrics and line of business profitability
  • Prepare and present monthly financial forecast reports, including profit and loss, forecast vs. actual, and cash flow
  • Develop the team with focus on efficiency, data integrity and operational improvements
  • Assist team in prioritization of workload, creating a picture to influence decisionmaking, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions
  • Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related areas.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese
  • Spanish Intermediate Level
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong Corporate Finance Experience
