We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to our Regional Talent Acquisition Team. This position is based in Brazil and requires an advance level of English.

About the role

Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements;
Acts as an expert for the assigned line of businesses providing a partnership with strategic internal clients;
Negotiates hire compensation package that are aligned with the company politics;

About You

Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or engineering;
Preferably someone who has previous experience in HR consultancy firms;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required;
Ability to work with multidisciplinary and multioffice project teams;
High innovation and commitment to excellence;
