What You'll Do
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior sales professional to join Storyful.
The role of Regional Sales Director is to drive and grow revenue with Storyful's key publisher partners in Latin America.
We are looking for a dynamic sales entrepreneur who is client focused with a passion for news and an in-depth knowledge of the user generated content, digital video, social advertising, and branded content / content marketing ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the Global VP Sales, News, you will drive and develop long term client relationships and lead negotiations alongside Storyful's News Intelligence, Editorial, Partner Success and Product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
Revenue- Consistently meet and exceed your revenue targets through renewals of annual contracts, upselling of new products and identification of new partners.
- Client & Account Management- Manage client deliverables (investment schedules, proposals, client updates, meetings and presentations)- Build and maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of sales service and a customer-centric approach- Work alongside our Partner Success and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction, accurate invoicing, and campaign implementation- Resolve issues with clients in a timely manner- Collaborate closely with other divisions of the business including close collaboration with Product, Editorial, Finance & Operations.- Develop relationships with News Corp business counterparts
- Reporting- Prepare and deliver weekly reports, revenue reporting and forecasting- Prepare and deliver weekly gap analysis- Complete salesforce pipeline management- Develop annual and quarterly account plans
