About the job


To represent the parts & services commercial and operations business within the sales area including people management, distributor management, sales & profitability and local implementation of global portfolio and product line focus areas and measurements.

Accountabilities

Develop & implement the Sales Area strategy for part sales and services in alignment with the Global strategy

Develop deep understanding of customer business, operations and processes

Drive pro-active sales activities

Develop/maintain workshop processes incl:
machine/component repairs, rebuilds, machine pre delivery jobs, consumables holdings and planning.

Implement the SA parts & service budget (both cost and revenue /profit margins) in alignment with PA Parts & Services

  • Develop and drive local sales initiatives to secure sustainable business for workshops and service contracts
  • Conduct commercial activities in alignment with agreed account management plan and way of working
  • Ensure operational continuous improvement actions from lean and standards implementations
  • Execute service contracts, workshop and field service activities to optimize cost, utilization, quality, equipment operational performance.
  • Know and understand the Safety and Environment Policy; and build and maintain a pattern of excellence and pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Experience/Knowledge
Bachelor degree related field or equal experience.

  • Strong knowledge in customer relationship management, operations and processes.
  • Qualifications or Experience with Six Sigma and productivity improvement programs essential
  • Strong leadership, influence and communication across different culture/teams;
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
  • This position involves travel in the country and international travel.
