Main purpose of the job:

Support leadership with support for tactical supply activities(logistic and planning).

Carry out and track the best shipment program focused on optimizing the best routes and freights.

organize and stand inventories balanced(goods, MRO, and raw material), also check production and material planning to meet customer and process needs with balanced stocks to ensure the continuous flow of operations.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage routine, KPIs, noncompliance reports, and action plans for delivery of the area strategy;
  • Order optimization for load trucks using specific software for the paper industry;
  • Follow up daily at all stages of the supply (inbound and outbound) process;
  • Ensure a proper balance between shipment execution with goods availability on the floor;
  • Dimension strategic MRO stocks through analysis of production and demand history, considering the commercial criteria adopted with suppliers;
  • Interfacing the departments of production, planning, logistics, purchasing, sales, and importation with information relevant to the area of material planning;
  • Support in the registration of inputs and suppliers;
  • Support for all routine supply activities(mainly in the logistic area).

Needed experience & competencies:


  • Bachelor in Engineering or Administration;
  • Minimum of 3 years working with supply chain activities;
  • Large experience in dealing with carriers, freight control, and inventories organization;
  • SAP skills(mainly MM/MRP module)
  • Knowledge in MRP and other inventories control(goods and materials);
  • Advanced Excel skill(preferential with VBA knowledge);
  • Fluence in Portuguese and Advanced English skills;
  • Accountability
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Team work;
