RESPONSABILIDADES- Lead the screening and selection process of nomination of external distributors in CSA, aiming sales growth.- Optimize usage of sales channels via independent analysis, external benchmarkings and proactive alignment with BLs, recommending the most appropriate sales channel (Internal / External Distribution, External Agency, Digital Channels) by utilizing the appropriate tools (Customer Segmentation, Channel Indicator).- Lead annual process os sales target and business development definition with external distributors, in alignment with BLs.- Monitor the performance of external distributors through the conduction of regular performance evaluation meetings with the participation of BL representatives and key professionals of distributors, ensuring achievement of individual BLs sales targets and recording action plans.- Ensure definition of SOP related to external distribution activities.- Facilitate the interface with MSE's Experts in regional implementations of Customer Journey Management projects with the different BLs in CSA.- Local coordination and organization of MSE Education and Talent Development programs (e.g.

Evonik Schools, ISAM).- Communication, consultancy and acquisition of potential CSA training participants for the Evonik Schools.- Conduct continuous dialogue with BL exploring needs for marketing and sales projects.- Outline draft project charters for internal MSE discussions.- Work with MSE-Project Designers, define and structure projects/activities in the region.


Requisitos:


  • Mandatory University degree


  • Desired MBA degree

  • Mandatory proven experience on sales activities, including experience in managing external distributors.
  • Familiarity with cultural elements on doing business in CSA is desired.
  • Experience on conducting workshops and presentations to large and diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English languages
  • Proactivity, clear communication, business accumen, lead without authority, willigness to support other areas, structured thinking
