Job Description Summary:
Procurement Intern to support Procurement team


The Procurement Intern will be responsible for supporting the US and Canadian Procurement team in creating and reviewing purchase orders.

Assist in the vendors on onboarding process, using the tools approved for this purpose. Will also be responsible for Process qualification support related to Subcontractor scope.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Work on daily task that involve multiple external stakeholders, such as vendors and 3rd party companies
  • Support Procurement team to on board new suppliers into the Supply Database tool
  • Support Procurement team to perform goods receipt within the ERP
  • Work with other functions internally such as Operation, Quality and Finance to solve invoices issues

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a Degree in any Major (Engineering, Administration, Economy)
  • Fluent in English is a must
