About the job

All the tasks are for the Cluster, which means, for the 3 countries, Brasil, Chile and Argentina

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Represent Corporate IT as a recognized service provider and enabling partner for the SCB businesses in the company.
Build trustful relationships with local business and company management.
Build trustful relationships with company users.
Meet defined service level agreements for corporate and local IT services.
Support corporate projects and initiatives.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

University degree/ Education, preferably in Information Technology or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Profound education and experience in IT infrastructure technology with focus on desktop computing (Microsoft platform) Need to have experience in IT support and is highly desirable to have retail background
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
